Within 2 business working days, Our skilled stylists will contact you to confirm details like cap size and hairline preferences and communicate with the best experience on each steps to ensure your wig is made exactly as you wanted.

Your custom wig will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. Before it leaves our workshop, we’ll arrange a video call to showcase your finished piece. You’ll have the chance to see it closely and give your final approval before it’s shipped to your home or set for in-store pickup.

Yes. Just like your natural hair, RSS hair extensions can be blow-dried, curled and straightened. To maintain, protect and extend the lifespan of the hair extensions, we recommend you read the styling hair care guide..

Can I place an order online and pick up in salon?

This is not an option at the moment. If policy changes, we will inform all customers.

I ordered the wrong item, can i make a return?

We do not offer cash refunds, but we will be more than happy to exchange the unused items kept in their original sale condition! Please visit the website, Here to submit a request within 7 days of your delivery date. The store credit will be issued once the product is received back to our fulfillment center and inspected. Your exchange will only be for INDIVIDUAL BUNDLES AND LACE CLOSURES. Your exchange will be for the amount paid minus discounts and shipping. Discount codes are for one-time use only. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return if the correct items were received.
