At Rose Style Studio, our mission is simple: to ensure that every woman who sits in our chair feels comfortable, confident, and absolutely beautiful.

Please Note: To maintain the integrity and quality of our services, we only offer custom coloring for extensions purchased through our website. We no longer construct wigs using extensions from outside companies. If you are interested in a custom glueless wig, please purchase extensions directly from rosestylestudio.com and schedule a virtual consultation to speak with a expert to design your custom service.

I agree to pay the required deposit and fees associated with the services provided by Rose Style Studio. I agree to pay for extensions purchased from Rose Style Studio. I will not hold Rose Style Studio liable for any unsatisfactory services once I have left the salon. I will address with my concerns before I leave.

I agree that I will pay the remaining balance in card to Rose Style Studio once my service is complete. I will address all of my concerns with Rose Style Studio before I leave the salon and I understand all transactions are final.

I agree, and understand that none of the services provided include hair, frontals, closures or wigs. I will purchase hair closures, frontals or wigs from the salon or provide my own. I understand that color is not included with any hair services and that this is in addition to services rendered. If we decide to add on color or hair, I am responsible for paying for these add ons. The prices for hair are available on rosestylestudio.com.

I acknowledge that I understand there are no children allowed in Rose Style Studio Salon, unless being serviced. It is a small space and can disturb stylists and other clients and could cause a hazard to children and others. I will secure childcare before my appointment. If there is no way to secure  Childcare I will contact Rose Style Studio and seek other options before my appointment date and time. If I am unable to secure childcare and choose to bring a child with me into the salon I will not hold Rosemary, or Rose Style Studio LLC. liable for any accidents. If my child breaks or damages anything that belongs to Rosemary, or Rose Style Studio LLC. I am responsible for replacing or paying for repairs.

We understand life happens out of our control. All deposits are non refundable. If you must cancel please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of any appointment cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. If you are a no call / no show you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment.

How to cancel: Login into the account you created when scheduling your initial appointment and cancel within.

Late Fees: There is no additional fee for arriving late. Unfortunately, your appointment will be CANCELED AFTER 15 MINUTES without proper communication the day of service.

I acknowledge that after the 2nd cancel or no show without documentation, I will no longer be able to schedule with Rose Style Studio.

I will not hold Rose Style Studio liable for damage caused to my hair after chemical services are performed. I will follow all recommendations with products and hair care / maintenance to ensure the integrity of my hair, install, & or wigs.

All custom color services for wigs and/or installs require extension purchase from ONLY Rose Style Studio Collection. Due to the Integrity and quality of the extensions after every color service, We want to ensure that the desired color request is achievable and quality matters.
